AgreeRent processes personal data under UK GDPR. We collect only what we need to run the rent-resolution service: contact details, property details, tenancy facts, documents you upload to your vault, and the audit trail of actions taken on each case.

We never sell your data. We share case files with matched legal partners only with your explicit consent. Documents in your vault are encrypted at rest in Cloudflare R2 (UK / EU region).
